1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are intact
📌 Products showing signs of wear, damage after use, or tampering are not eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, water damage (beyond rated resistance), or accidents
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or defective)
- Returns requested after the return window
3. How to Request a Return

- Product images or video (clearly showing the issue)
- Reason for return
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
4. Return Pickup & Shipping
- If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup (where serviceable)
- In some locations, you may be asked to self-ship the product
- Return shipping costs are covered by ONOLA for damaged, defective, or wrong items
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. Replacement Policy
- If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement after verification
- Replacement depends on stock availability
- If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery (subject to eligibility)
8. Damaged Package on Delivery
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- Please do not accept the parcel, or
- Take clear photos/videos and contact us immediately
