Refund and Returns Policy

At ONOLA, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from www.onola.in may be returned or refunded.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are intact

📌 Products showing signs of wear, damage after use, or tampering are not eligible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, water damage (beyond rated resistance), or accidents
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or defective)
  • Returns requested after the return window

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup (where serviceable)
  • In some locations, you may be asked to self-ship the product
  • Return shipping costs are covered by ONOLA for damaged, defective, or wrong items

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Replacement Policy

  • If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement after verification
  • Replacement depends on stock availability
  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery (subject to eligibility)

8. Damaged Package on Delivery

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please do not accept the parcel, or
  • Take clear photos/videos and contact us immediately
